This home completed in summer, 2004, started construction as a seasonal residence and the owners elected to make it their primary home. Designed in a mountain theme, the roofs are steep and the beams are featured at the gables. Inside, the hand hewn timbers are carefully put back into use after 108 years service in one of the Roberti Ranch barns in
. The rustic entry door system was built by Bob Christianson of Portola, and is set off by split face Bitteroot granite used extensively. Tile and stone were installed with artistry by Thom Hall of Tile Designs. Throughout the project there was ongoing collaboration with the owners and their very artistic interior decorator, Jana Boltkowsky.
